dear blog..,
it's been about a week I didn't update my status..
well, student's life.. always busy with various stuff... ><
from my last post.. I mention that my weight-loss target was 1kg per 3days right..??? (did I mention that X3 don' really remember actually)
It's been a week... so I suppose to loss 2kg already...
but I'm not!!!
however.. I'm not sad, because even not 2kg, I already loss 1kg...
slow progress but showing result. it's fine, beside, I barely just started my hard-core daily routine. -lol-
My hard-core daily routine;
I found some workouts on youtube few days ago..
and I was now continuously following the workouts..
Guess what? I feel my thigh become much more firm than it used to be.. (-heart.heart- ^^) after three days doing that workout...
my eating habit... nowadays,
breakfast: nutritious drink
lunch: some protein, lots fiber and EXTREME low carbohydrate..
dinner: milk/nutritious drink
+++Lots..lots..lotssssssss of water... my weight is almost 70kg, so I need to drink about 3L per day..
you know that right? drink water according to your body weight.. (1L/25kg)
so... thats all for this post...
my next update.. is when I loss lots more weight... ^^ XOXO
